Back and Sports Injury Clinic

The clinic specializes in helping people who suffer from musculoskeletal pain from everyday living or participation in Sports. Joint restriction of movement in one area of the body may lead to discomfort and pain in a area elsewhere, due to the body having to compensate for the joint's restricted range of movement. We use a systematic joint-by-joint assessment from the feet to the head when examining you, looking for any joint dysfunction correcting where possible, along with addressing your initial injury.

Your therapist may use a multitude of techniques, from different physical disciplines to help you, regain the best possible recovery from pain and injury.

Our aim is to help you understand your injury and how best to recover from the pain and discomfort you are in.
