This is the privacy notice of MSK Therapies. In this document, "we", "us", or  "our" refer to MSK Therapies.

Personal Data

We collect personal information about you and your health in order to provide the best possible therapy for you. You requesting therapy and us providing the therapy constitutes a contract. If you are unwilling to provide this information we are unable to provide any therapy. The information we collect may include, but not limit to home address, email address, name phone number, occupation,Your GP address, general well being, your/family health history and details of your injury you have come to see us with.

We have a legitimate interest in collecting this data as it is required for us to provide safe and effective therapy.

We may contact you to confirm/rearrange appointments or to discuss with you matters related to your medical care. This is your legitimate interest.

MSK Therapies has a Legal obligation to retain your records for 8 years after your last appointment or until to you reach 25 years. After this period of time you are able to request we delete/destroy your records if you wish, otherwise we will keep your records indefinitely so we can provide the best possible therapy if you see us after this date.

Your records will be recorded upon paper and stored in a secure cabinet. Only MSK Therapies therapists/staff will have  access to them.

You have the right to see what personal data we have of yours . If upon seeing your personal data you may ask us to correct any errors you see.

We are subject to law like everyone else. Sometimes we must process your information in order to comply with statutory obligation. For example we be required to provide information to legal authorities if they request or have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order. This may include your personal information.

Our aim is to make you aware we are handling any data we have of you responsibly, and that people who have access to your data have a genuine reason to do so.

At any point you believe we may be mishandling your data , you have the right to complain.Complaints should be made to the Data Controller as follows
